Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Please inform Résidence Les Pavillons du Belvédère in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The balance of the reservation is due upon arrival. Please note that partying is not allowed in the property. You can bring your own towels or rent them on site at an extra cost of EUR 8.50. You can bring your own bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of EUR 12 for a single bed and a EUR 14 for a double bed. You can choose to clean the apartment yourself. A cleaning fee of € 40.00 to € 80.00 (depending on the type of apartment) per stay will be charged if you do not clean the accommodation before your departure.
