L'emplacement proche de la grande plage et du centre ville. Le calme de la résidence accentué puisque hors saison touristique. L'appartement était bien puisque j'étais seule.

Prévu pour 4,ce même appartement devient trop petit. ‹ "On se marcherait dessus." Premier étage avec balcon au-dessus de la piscine en pleine saison et adieu sérénité et calme.
