"Depósito de 200 € nunca devuelto, experiencia muy negativa"

Mucho cuidado con este alojamiento. A la llegada nos exigieron un depósito de 200 € que tuvimos que pagar con tarjeta. Nos aseguraron que sería devuelto después del check-out si no había daños en la propiedad. Han pasado ya más de dos meses desde nuestra salida y seguimos sin recibir el depósito. Hemos enviado numerosos mensajes y realizado varias reclamaciones. Cada vez recibimos una nueva excusa o la promesa de que el reembolso llegará “pronto”, pero nunca sucede. Nos sentimos engañados. Parece que retener los depósitos de los huéspedes forma parte de su forma de operar. La falta de transparencia, la ausencia de respuestas claras y la imposibilidad de recuperar nuestro dinero han convertido esta estancia en una experiencia extremadamente negativa. No recomiendo este alojamiento a nadie. Si deciden reservar aquí, prepárense para arriesgar 200 € que quizás nunca vuelvan a ver.

La atención por teléfono malísima. Te cobran una fianza de 200€ indicandote que te lo devuelven en 24/48h y despues de casi dos semanas no me han devuelto nada y me puse en contacto con ellos por el teléfono urgente que te Dan indicándome que me llamaría por la mañana del día siguiente

"So far, the worst apartment I've ever stayed in"

Having parking available was a big help

- Hard to get any kind of information after the Check in. - The apartment was very basic. the interior is in need of some work. The sofas are quite old and not at all comfortable, and the beds are the same they make a lot of noise if you move at night. - I was required to deposit 200 euros, and the money was supposed to be credited 24 to 48 hours after checkout. So far, nothing has happened, and since checkout, they have stopped responding to my messages. I tried the establishment’s alternative phone numbers without success.

Falta de mantenimiento tiene humedades sobretodo en el salón y está mal aislada con grietas.
