Era todo muy correcto: trato del personal, la habitación, la limpieza, la ubicación, por una buena relación calidad-precio.

El parking era bastante incómodo, se debería señalar cada plaza mejor.

Tienes todo lo necesario por un precio más que aceptable!!!

En el edificio no estaba operativo los accensores dobles, un gran inconveniente para un edificio de 9 plantas y tantas habitaciones

The location was fine. The place was a warm, dry, and safe place to crash before/after skiing. Shower was small but hot. It was 5x cheaper than the beautiful hotel I wanted, so husband was happy.

Had to go to separate location to get keys. Limited reception hours. The listing said parking was available. We paid for it, and were given a garage door opener. There were no unlocked spaces across 4 floors of parking. The receptionist said to call her if we got over there and there were no spots. So we called, her and she provided more info. Still no spots with the additional info. Then she said she couldn't come help us, even though she said she would. She offered a refund which wasn't acceptable, as public parking garage was far away and full. Finally, we went back to her location and she provided a different garage door opener. That garage had ONE spot left. So parking took an hour and was almost a disaster. Apartment beds not made...you have to make your own beds, and mattresses were bare, no mattress pads etc. Mattresses extremely uncomfortable, with noticeable springs sticking into our sides all night. No guardrails on upper bunks for kids. Kitchen extremely basic (running water, a few plates, cups, silverware, and couple pots) with no supplies, and a toaster that almost started a fire and filled the apartment with smoke. It's basically a private hostel.
