Pool was great, apartment was decent with new equipment such as a/c, hob and fridge. Good food at the resturant. Good location.

No ping pong table as advertised. Beds and pillows really un-comfortable. Bathroom not great, plaster falling for the roof due to water damage. Although fridge looked new and good make it did not cool sufficiently even on lowest setting.

Kamena is in an excellent location 5 minutes walk into Marina di Ragusa. The apartments are spacious if a little dated, the top floor ones have a super balcony. There is free parking if you have hired a car. Kitchen isn’t that well equipped but we managed. Clean on arrival, no kettle but a useful metal jug which boiled water really quickly.

It could be fantastic here but it’s got run down. The grass needed cutting, the steps to the pool were loose,, all the decking is falling apart, but don’t look too closely and you will find yourselves feeling at home very quickly. Beds and pillows are awful though, big stretch on the balcony needed every morning!!

Reasonable (no frills) sized apartment for family of 4 with nice covered balcony/terrace overlooking sea. NIce pool and poolside restaurant/bar very nice (need to book as rightly popular). Not far from town/beach/marina (5 mins down, 10 up due to slope). Good showers. Aircon most welcomed.

Generally apartment is a little tired - paint flaking in bathrooms. No facilities to make hot drinks other than a hob top coffee pot which is not induction hob compatable (picky but hey we are British so like our morinng tea/coffee) Used WhatsApp for comms despite me saying I dont really monitor it (again picky but not everyone uses it - I prefer the booking.com app on my phone for messages). comms were effcicient, polite and useful though when noticed. Location is a some distance drive from any of the known tourist locations - Etna 2 hours, Siracusa 1.5 etc

The coffee shop was extremely well placed and had reasonable priced items and the main restaurant which was next to the pool gave a 5star service with both food,drinks and friendly service. The entire place is well maintained We will return and have no problem recommending this place

I like the simplicity of Kamena Residence. This is the third time we have been there. It is great for families.

We had far too many ants but the whole complex was having an issue with ants probably due to the heat.

The pool was great.

Housekeeping was poor. We asked for kitchen items, such as a kettle, but we never got them. However when we asked directly from the cleaner she gave us extra toilet paper etc.

Very roomy,nice big pool big fridge freezer

No oven, coffee pots very small ,bed and pillows uncomfortable.
