A great quiet place in a cozy mountain town. A wonderful wide horizon opens from the balcony and it is only a 10-minute walk to the highest point, Punta San Pasquale, from where an even wider horizon of the eastern coast opens. Many wonderful places, like Capo dOrso, between Olbia and Santa Teresa are easily accessible by car from San Pasquale. Molte grazie Cosina Sini

We had the largest apartment with sea view, and it was really comfortable. First off, as a family of five with three adult children, it was really nice to have two bathrooms with showers, especially after a day at the beach. Running both showers at the same time did not give any problems with water pressure or the warm water supply. Secondly, the beds in the apartment were really sturdy and comfortable. Thirdly, there was always enough parking space in de vicinity of the apartment. The best thing about the apartment, however, is the balcony - it is really spacious, offers a grandiose view of the Maddalena islands and Corsica, and is a good place to sit in the afternoon (to often enjoy a light sea breeze and a spot out of the sun). Also, central to all apartments is a room that holds containers to dispose of your garbage and a pair of washing machines and tumble dryers for general use. The manager, Cosina, goes out of her way to make sure you do not lack anything and is a really nice and cheerful person.

The kitchen is quite small, especially for a group of five. It has a dishwasher, but there are very few glasses and mugs, so after one round of drinks you need to do the dishes anyway. Normally, the apartment has airconditioning, but unfortunately it was broken when we were there and it seems to be difficult to fix (though to be fair, Cosina informed us of this in advance and placed some fans). In the summer, airconditioning is still very welcome in this apartment as the nights can become quite hot and humid.
