Empfang; ich hatte barrierefrei angefragt und musste meine Frau im Rollstuhl über die steile Tiefgaranausfahrt zum Hotel schieben. Erst später haben wir selber den Aufzug entdeckt. Trotz vorheriger Frage wurde er uns nicht mitgeteilt
