The staff, the location, the apartment has a good size.

The kitchen is well equipped, but it was missing basic thing like salt and oil, so you need to buy if you want to cook.

A very convenient location with everything you need nearby. There are many great shops and a supermarket down the road, about 2 minutes walk. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was amazing. We booked the family room and we unexpectedly had a bath, which wasn’t in the photos but a nice surprise. The entire room looked recently renovated and much nicer than the photos.

The check-in process is very confusing. There is a reception desk on the ground floor, which is not staffed, and you must check in at the 4 star Post Hotel next door. Although the parking garage is very convenient, it is very tight and difficult to park.

Excellent location and close to everything in town. The apartment was roomy and very comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Cafe Sylvia is in the building and was nice for a drink. A nice large bathtub and drying rack for clothes were bonuses.

The furnishings were a little worn and a few lightbulbs were out; the kitchen could have been better equipped (only one knife—very large—and no cutting board); the walls were thin (we could hear the neighbor sneeze); and the parking garage was a challenge!

Great location in the middle of San Candido. Unit was clean and there was a parking garage.

The bed and linen could have been better. The bed was very uncomfortable. We end up sleeping on the sofa bed.

Very comfortable room in a very good location. If we were staying in the ski season I would love to come home and warm up in the sauna.

There was only one light in the kitchen/living room which was quite dim. Another light would be good. Also some general kitchen supplies such as cooking oil, salt and pepper would be good.

Spacious apartment and bathroom, right in town centre close to supermarkets. Area was quiet by evening. Kitchen has mostly everything you need.

The walls are very thin so you can hear next door neighbours easily.

Issues were sorted when raised, except no coffee/tea sachets in room (perhaps it’s not the norm in this area as cafe downstairs and next door : minor mix-up as room was being cleaned when we entered room; toiletries empty/missing - shampoo, conditioner, soap. This was resolved kindly
