The location was brilliant. Close to the Ducati factory and lose to the airport(within walking distance) train 15 minutes walk into Bolognia

Tornare qui ad aprile è stata l’ennesima conferma di quanto questa struttura sia un punto di riferimento per me a Bologna. Nonostante il passare del tempo, lo standard resta altissimo: l’accoglienza dello staff ti fa sentire immediatamente a casa e la pulizia delle camere, sempre ampie e confortevoli, è davvero impeccabile. Ho apprezzato molto ritrovare le piccole attenzioni di sempre, come il punto di rifornimento dell'acqua nella sala relax, un dettaglio che considero ormai un marchio di fabbrica della loro ospitalità. Nota di merito per la posizione: essere circondati da ottimi bar e ristoranti rende tutto più semplice, specialmente in questo periodo in cui muoversi in città richiede un minimo di pazienza in più per via dei cantieri. È sempre la mia prima scelta in città, una garanzia assoluta. Alla prossima!

Ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro, camera molto spaziosa, sparatana. ottimo che la reception sia aperta fino a tardi. Zona e struttura tranquilla e sicura.

Sarebbe stata gradita una macchinetta del caffè con qualche cialda. Nonostante le tende, la mancanza di infissi/tapparelle rende la camera troppo luminosa dal mattino presto e ciò può disturbare il sonno.

I only stayed for one night but it would be amazing for a longer stay, everything was clean, the bed was comfortable. Receptionist was friendly. The train station is about 10 minutes by walk from the apartments.

All amenities - large room, fully equipped, kitchenette, free wifi, smart TV, comfy bed, wardrobes and nice view over the little village. Easy access to the centre of Bologna by train - 800 metres to the station, 1 stop to Bologna Centrale. Friendly staff - reading room, gym room, rec room, reception till midnight.

The elevators made terrible noise. Two of them were broken.
