The place was great. The beds were comfy. It was nicely decorated for Christmas 🎄

The shower leaked and water came into the room and wet the bag and clothes that were in the corner.

The process of checking into a hotel by filling out a bunch of ridiculous online forms was so complicated that I was already planning to cancel my reservation and use the services of another hotel

This is a great place to stay. Ultra clean, really comfortable beds. An ensuite bathroom with a great shower. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast items for all, free parking and privacy. We loved all these aspects of it but booking.com did not explain the technological aspect on it in enough detail. Please ensure that this is done for future guests

The property is operated via an app so once you have booked you need to complete a form via email which they only send you after you’ve paid and which is non refundable, then they send you the access codes to the property and the rooms. We didn’t have VAT codes so we couldn’t complete the form and access the property. You must have that code as without it the form denies you access. It should be noted that Italians all have a codice fiscale which I think is a sort of VAT code but in the UK we don’t have a code of this type unless you are a business which we are not, so we had to call admin to be assisted with this and the person we spoke to was brash and rude claiming that we were the only people this happened to including other Brits who managed to complete the form; obviously that can’t be right as leisure travellers in the UK do not have a VAT code. Once we were in eventually, we were fine. We enjoyed cooking in the clean communal kitchen and the room was comfortable and quiet, but at 8:30 am this morning a cleaner knocked loudly on our door to come and clean the room even though check out is at 11:00 am and after that the app would no longer give us access to our room so when we went to the kitchen for a coffee we had to call admin again to open our door for us and the woman was even ruder and brasher than before, accusing us almost of lying and being the only guests to complain about being locked out of the room. I actually took a screenshot of it on my phone so I have proof that I wasn’t lying. Luckily the cleaner was lovely and kindly let us into our room and apologised for knocking on our door; apparently she didn’t know which rooms were occupied which again was very strange. This is not an experience we ever want to repeat. Such a shame as it’s a perfectly acceptable place to stay if you’re ok staying out of town near an industrial estate.

Easy access and entrance with key code. Very large and spacious apartment.

It is ok for sleepover for one night, but in the morning you can hear all the sounds from the corridor and entering other rooms. And kitchen is shared, but description was "feature a fully equipped kitchen with kitchenware".

Automated building, everything can be done with the phone. Private parking at premises. Room clean and spacious. The breakfast is enough and various and the kitchen allows for additional coffee and/or tea.

I expected hot and American breakfast and not the same biscuits every day

Everything was what i expected but for breakfast.
