Amabilitatea personalului. Am fost certat pt ca am intarziat 10 minute cu check out-ul. Lipsa locurilor de parcare dedicate.

Locația este excelenta, Intr o zonă rezidențială, lângă strada Polonă.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Elysium as the rooms (we booked 3) were spacious, very clean (they were also cleaned daily which is something not expected in apartments) and in a nice and quiet neighborhood with a 24-hour supermarket and the most amazing cafe Dose in the corner for breakfast. The staff was also very polite answering to all our questions and even allowed to store our luggage in one of the apartments after check-out. Overall good value for money.

The building has no elevator so if you are staying on the first floor it's not an issue as it has only 7 stairs but if you stay on the last one this could be an issue especially when you carry luggage. We also experienced an issue with the hot water as it wasn't actually very hot as we learned due to the high consumption. Lastly, on the top floor that we stayed the black out curtains were not very properly closing so we were waking up early form the sun coming in and even though heating was turned off, the floor was still hot so overall the apartment was rather hot. Location can be tricky as it is somewhere between the old town and herastrau park - around half an hour walk but we also used uber a lot which is very cheap so we didn't have any issues.
