Sunrise Beach Suites

We appreciated Konstantina's helpfulness during our stay, the friendliness of the staff (pool, breakfast and maintenance), and the very pleasant pool.

The overall condition of our accommodation could be improved, and it was very dark inside. The kitchen was poorly equipped to properly prepare a meal. Unfortunately, the "sea view" was more of a "parking lot" view.

Location and overall set up of the resort is great. Pool area and most of the staff were excellent. The size of the accommodation was huge and comfortable The two bathrooms were helful for the group.

The overall state and cleanliness of the resort was lacking No towels or sheets were changed throuought our stay although housekeepers visited us supposedly every day. The kitchen was not ready for us to cook a meal unless we bought a lot of stuff from the supermarket. Breakfast was seriously sub-par, and there was a lack of care from the staff on these issues. No wifi or mobile signal in the bedrooms.

Η θέση και η πισίνα . Επίσης η εξυπηρέτηση στο πρωινό ήταν άριστη.

Το ότι δεν είχε υπεύθυνο διαθέσιμο για να του απευθυνθείς κατά την διάρκεια της ημέρας .. Το ότι κατά την άφιξη μας , από λάθος όπως μας είπαν, δεν ήταν καθαρό το κατάλυμα. Το διόρθωσαν στη συνέχεια μετά από παράκληση μας .

Je viens de passer quelques jours dans cet hôtel et j'ai une opinion partagée sur mon séjour. D'un côté, le cadre est absolument magnifique et la piscine est très belle, le personnel adorable. Cependant, certains aspects de l'hôtel ont été vraiment décevants.

Le petit déjeuner pas terrible avec des produits bas de gamme. Heureusement la personne qui s’occupait du petit déjeuner était adorable et me préparait des œufs brouillés. Un autre point qui m'a dérangé est l'horaire d'ouverture de la piscine. 10h30, c'est vraiment tard pour ceux qui souhaitent se rafraîchir ou faire des longueurs le matin. De plus, la musique non-stop à la piscine est vraiment trop forte et insupportable. Il serait agréable de pouvoir profiter de la piscine dans un environnement plus calme. Enfin, j'ai été choqué par le prix du jus d'orange pressé au bar de la piscine, qui s'élève à 6,50€. C'est vraiment hors de prix pour un simple jus d'orange. En résumé, si l'hôtel améliore certains aspects tels que le petit déjeuner, les horaires de la piscine et le niveau sonore de la musique, il pourrait vraiment être un excellent choix. Mais pour le moment, mon expérience est mitigée.
