Great food for dinner

Struttura molto tranquilla, camere con vista molto calde e pulite, colazione buona e abbondante

It would be so so room, as ok for one night, but woman owner made it as feel reallly worst.

On hall in downstairs very smell of smoke. Apartment is of room and kitchen - both are very dark, as windows of room are right to wall (see foto), and window of kitchen wall will in one metre distance. We stayed one night, morning was sunny and beautiful, but in room was ugly dark. In bathroom there is mold🤮 which is not so difficult to clean, so owners not care it. If people walk outside apartment - you hear all. And most ugly was, that we went to their restorant for dinner, and in my plate was hair. I showed it to same woman owner and she instead of apologies said that it is my!!! I am blond with long hair and it was black and short! Incredible ugly behaviour. And when i told her about this hair, she tryed answer she doesnt understand, i showed it, and i speak italian, so said this in italian, but she same didnt want listen till i didnt say in high voice “cappeli nel cibo!” So all people heard. Only after she answered as it is my. Owners of this place makes all for you not back!

Lo staff molto freddo poco accogliente a parte la ragazza della colazione

La pulizia, l’educazione e la gentilezza del personale. Anche la cucina era ottima.

Se proprio devo trovare una pecca direi che rifornirei un po’ di più la scelta dei piatti per i vegetariani.

Ero a Ponte di Legno per un lavoro e l'offerta di alloggi in città non soddisfava le mie richieste. residence a poca distanza, tutto davvero facile. Ottima accoglienza, buona la colazione secondo me da rendere ancora migliore, camera molto silenziosa. TOP!

Mi piacerebbe trovare anche yogurt e frutta fresca per colazione. Il resto ottimo, tre tipi di torte fresche, succo e bevande calde.
