Le gros plus de cet hotel est la piscine tres grande avec service serviette de bain (ptit coussin compris 😅). Le logement est tres grand y compris terrasse avec transat et table extérieur. Soleil le matin donc parfait pour ptit déj en terrasse Vu la periode, c etait tres calme et la vue sur mer est possible.

Rien a propos de l hotel mais c est le bord de mer de gran canaria, ne vous attendez pas a un urbanisme magnifique. Le petit déj n est pas terrible: Produit basique mais ca fait le job si pas possible de prendre en chambre.

A very peaceful hotel with a spacious apartment and a large terrace offering absolutely stunning views of the bay and the mountains. The pool was heated and had very comfortable sun loungers, making it perfect for relaxation. We experienced complete rest and tranquility during our stay. The reception staff were extremely warm and welcoming, which made the experience even better. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily return.

Check-in staff are very friendly and welcoming. Most of the restaurant team are lovely; however, one particular member comes across as quite cold, rarely smiles, and can make it feel as though they are doing guests a favour. The pool is exceptionally clean, and the same high standard applies throughout the property. The sunbeds are wide and very comfortable, with towels and pillows provided — a really nice touch.

Sadly, the restaurant lets the property down. It’s in a perfect location with stunning views and has the potential to be a real draw. However, being closed on Sundays and having fairly restrictive opening hours makes it less convenient for guests. The coffee is disappointing and the food is just okay — breakfast in particular is very average. In the end, we chose to eat elsewhere most of the time, especially as one member of staff was notably unwelcoming, which affected the overall experience. Everything else about the place was perfect.

Everything was great

The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable with a large terrace which was perfect for enjoying the sun most of the day. The view was absolutely perfect! Well equipped kitchen area, spacious bathroom with shower. Very comfortable beds. The pool area was nice, with a heated pool, you could always find free sun loungers which was very convenient. The staff were very kind and welcoming, especially at reception. The location was great, quiet, a short distance from the beach, a few steps from a supermarket, some restaurants and public transport. Private parking which is very important if you travel by car.
