Our stay was an absolute pleasure! The place is spotlessly clean and well-maintained – you can feel the attention to detail the moment you walk in. The view is simply breathtaking – a stunning combination of mountains, greenery, and fresh air that helps you truly disconnect from everyday life. The location couldn’t be more convenient – just a short walk from the ski lifts, restaurants, attractions, and even a beautiful waterfall. It’s the perfect spot for both relaxation and active tourism. The amenities exceeded our expectations – a relaxation room with panoramic views, a sauna, gym, and secure garage, all contributing to a sense of luxury and comfort. We especially appreciated the option for self check-in – super convenient and gives you the freedom to arrive whenever suits you best. This place offers the perfect blend of privacy, tranquility, comfort, and great location. We highly recommend it and would definitely love to come back again!

I didn’t like that we were asked to take out the trash from the room ourselves and throw it in the containers by the garage. After all, we’re paying for a service – we’re not just visiting friends.

Wir haben über Booking ein Apartment in einem als 4-Stern Residenz ausgewiesenen Haus gebucht. Die Darstellung auf der Plattform, mit modernen, grosszügigen Apartments, Balkon, Wohn- und Essbereich, vermittelte den Eindruck eines komfortablen Aufenthalts auf gehobenem Niveau. Stattdessen erhielten wir vor Ort ein einfaches, ca. 30 m² grosses Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, Dusche/WC und einem Doppelbett, ohne Balkon, ohne Wohnbereich und weit entfernt vom dargestellten Standard. Dieses Zimmer war auf der Buchungsseite weder beschrieben noch auf einem der Fotos zu sehen. Die Gastgeberin war freundlich und höflich. Als ich sie darauf ansprach, erklärte sie, dass Kurzurlauber grundsätzlich in dieses kleinere Zimmer kommen, da sie die Apartments nur wochenweise vermiete und sie sonst „auch viel zu putzen“ hätte. Auch wenn dieser Aufwand sehr nachvollziehbar ist, empfand ich diese und einige ihrer Aussagen als sehr irritierend. Eine solche Regelung hätte unbedingt im Vorfeld klar kommuniziert werden müssen. Weder die Ausstattung noch der Zustand des Zimmers entsprachen dem Niveau einer Vierstern-Residenz. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war aus unserer Sicht völlig unzureichend und steht in keinem Verhältnis zum gebuchten Angebot. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die schöne, ruhige Lage der Unterkunft, die Umgebung ist sehr gepflegt und vieles ist gut erreichbar. Dennoch: Aufgrund der irreführenden Darstellung und der unklaren Kommunikation würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht erneut buchen.

Everything was perfect: great stuff (we had a late check-in and very early checkout, but Sybille made everything possible🤍), sauna was on top, room was well-equipped and very cozy

Location is good (quite and actually managed to get by the bus, but it was a bit difficult to get to the last ski bus, so we needed to get of the slopes earlier not to walk 10 mins uphill) If you have a car - perfect
