Sehr nette Menschen, sehr bemüht

TV und Klimaanlage waren zunächst defekt. Wir konnten das Zimmer wechseln, weil die Gäste des anderen Zimmers nicht kamen. Das Bett war mir zu hart. Und der Kopfteil des Bettes aus Stoff war alt und fleckig.
