Oszust! Zameldowanie (1 noc) mielismy od godziny 14. Przyjechalismy o 17, nikogo nie bylo, nikt nie odbierał telefonu. Dostalismy sms ze musimy godzine czekac. Po godzonie kolejny sms ze apartament jeszcze nie jest gotowy, ze potrzebuja jeszcze KILKU godzin, bo poprzedni wynajmujacy go zdemolowali. Grudzien, godzina 18, ciemno, zimno, my zmeczeni podróża, stojacy przed dtzwiami. Wlasciciel napisal ze da nam inny apartament w tym miescie. Dostalismy pokoj na strychu, brzydki, smierdzacy kanalizacja, z zepsutym prysznicem, niewygodnym lozkien, bez podstawowego wyposazenia kuchni, bez suszsrki do wlosow. Zapalcilismy gotowka. Na kolejny dzien wlasciciel zglosil do Booking, ze nie pojawilosmy sie w apartamencie, za co mielismy miec ppbrana oplate ze nie pojawienie sie ! Dzwonilam do Booking z wyjasnieniami, zostalo to zalatwione pozytuwnie. Super emplacement face à la plage. Excellent rapport qualité prix, hote amical. Appartement bien propre (sauf quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais ok)

Quelques details mais peu importants: Ne fait pas 145m2 (mais c'était attendu si on regarde les photos) Les draps et serviettes sont un peu uses, mais vu le prix du logement on ne demande pas plus.

Für uns als Vielreisende wussten wir die tolle Lage an ruhiger Strandstraße (Nachsaison) zu schätzen, direkt am Meer mit Ätna Blick (Wohnung Straßenfront/Meerblick). Wohnung ist modernisiert worden (Fenster/ Malerarbeiten / Bad), andere Gebäudeteile werden noch modernisiert (u.a. Elektro). Dies ist für Aufenthalt weniger von Belang, nicht störend. Treppenhaus besticht mit altem Mobilar und erinnert an glanzvolle Zeiten. Großer Balkon mit Esstisch. Wohnung großzügig mit reichlich Platz und Ablagemöglichkeiten. Küche mit Notwendigstem ausgestattet. Großes Bad, teilweise neu gefliesst. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Grundsätzlich steht entspannten Aufenthalt nix entgegen. Bei Bedarf ist Vermieter mobil erreichbar.

Auch mit Blick auf Mietpreis können kleinere "Nicht-so-schön" -Stellen gut übersehen werden (partielle Renovierungsarbeiten, Ordnung Hofecken).

Ero già stata l anno scorso emi ero trovata benissimo.purtroppo stavolta siamo stati dirottati in un appartamento in città con soffitti bassi e al primo piano mentre avevo scelto il piano terra. Ci sono rimasta male perché avevo ricevuto conferma ed avevo prenotato a fine agosto per trascorrere il mio compleanno con vista mare

We just atayed for the night doing a motor bike trip Check in was easy, we had private parking for the motorcycles. The house is being renovated ( i hope) , it was clean and had the basics that matched the price we paid The house is right infront of the beach with a spectacular view. A recomended property to stay

The location is perfect, just across the see promenade from the beach (town center is also very close, as is the railway - but it's surprisingly quiet), there is a very nice garden, an the host was extremely accommodating.

When we showed up, the booked apartment wasn’t available. It was rented out to other people! We hadn’t been informed in advance, just were presented with the fact on arrival. We were offered a small 1-bedroom-apartment on the ground floor without any view instead. The explanation was that the party staying in our apartment booked it for a longer period whereas we only had booked it for a week. Excuse me?! The host might argue that he offered a discount, but that’s not didn’t feel like a compensation at all. Luckily I’ve got family nearby who went out of their way to organise another apartment spontaneously so that we didn’t have to stay in this cramped ground floor apartment.
