Location and view

The house it was new and well maintained with excellent view of the lake.The Owner and other staff one of them his son was welcoming and even the owner he left us a crate full of logs (wood)everyday cos it was snow outside .I love this play magical view in scanno and i will definitly go again. Thanks again for accept my girl (dog) Keep it up Love from Malta xxx

Beautiful view, very comfortable and the host and team were fantastic.

- Stunning location, with a 5 minute walk you are on the lakeside ready for a bath, and with less than a 15 minute drive you can enjoy the beautiful town of Scanno - Very beautiful and modern apartment, with induction stove and renovated bathroom. Incredible view. - Nice to have access to a dishwasher and a washing machine - Very friendly staff

- Infuriating temperature difference between the cool outside and the hot inside, especially at night. Opening the main bedroom window was impossible without having to leave the shutter completely open. You can either choose to let some cool air (and the entire bug ecosystem) into the bedroom but wake up with the sunrise, or to sweat throughout the night but at least sleep in a bit longer. - complete absence of mosquito nets generally made it difficult to keep the window doors open. Lots of wasps were constantly coming in. - No air conditioning. This wouldn't be a must, but considering how hot the place gets and how difficult it is to keep the windows open, it would have been appreciated - very dusty, which was a huge letdown since we chose this place for the high score in cleanliness. There were also a LOT of cobwebs(and spiders, but we get it), which would also suggest the place was not cleaned for a while before we came. - Few amenities. We are used to having access to oil and salt when staying at these vacation apartments, here they weren't provided and it made things a bit more annoying. We were barely given a couple of toilet paper rolls.

We were welcomed by the host , who.showed us arpund and explained everything we needed to know about the property safety etc. He also helped us with recommendations of local restaurants and places to visit. The location is great with amazing views of the lake and surroundings! It was fantastic!
