Residence Arche Noah - Colfosco

Ottima posizione con parcheggio privato, ideale per raggiungere le più belle mete delle dolomiti a pochi minuti di macchina. Positivi i servizi messi a disposizione dalla struttura: biglietti autobus gratis e possibilità di usufruire di un'attività gratuita con guida, da cogliere assolutamente.

Da migliorare la pulizia della camera e perfezionare le proposte per la colazione, prestando un'attenzione maggiore per le intolleranze alimentari, garantendo un servizio più efficiente.

La posizione centrale a 2 passi dal supermercato, caffetteria e ristorante/pizzeria, la cortesia, le mappe e gli opuscoli consegnateci al nostro arrivo dal proprietario, la pulizia, l'appartamento molto grande e completo di tutto ed il posto auto.

רוב הצוות היה בסדר גמור אבל אחד מהם דיבר אלינו בגסות ובחוסר כבוד. העיצוב והרהיטים מאוד מיושנים. המטבח היה מאובזר אבל לא היה תה או קפה או סוכר או מלח. לא החליפו לנו מגבות 4 ימים. לא קיבלנו מספיק סבון. רוב הזמן אין אף אחד בקבלה וגם כשיש הם לא יודעים אנגלית וקשה לתקשר איתם. החימום לא עובד בקיץ למרות שיש לילות מאוד קרים. כשביקשנו במיוחד להדליק הדליקו לנו.

Es ist nicht das modernste, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, denn alles war sauber und hat funktioniert. Eine kleine Sache hätte ich jedoch zu verbessern. Mir sind nirgendwo Rauchmelder aufgefallen. Sollten wirklich keine vorhanden sein, wäre es hier vielleicht sinnvoll nachzurüsten.

Breakfast was adequate, location was good. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. Plenty of storage in the room. There is plenty of private parking, and touch-locks in the external doors.

We were expecting an apartment with a kitchen so we bought €100 worth of groceries which we then had to donate to the hotel. This may have been my fault in the booking process, but mentions were made of kitchens and apartments in the listing, and the photos showed kitchens. The plug sockets in the room and bathroom were very dysfunctional, we could only use one of them in the whole room, and the sockets in the bathroom were unusable. The sockets all seemed to be different styles/sizes. There was a kettle in the room but no coffee/mugs etc.
