View from the apartment (it is amazing to see all the windsurf/windfoil while taking tour breakfast) Very clean and modern Well located (close to beach and the city)

We had a wonderful holiday here, the location is good and about a 12 minute walk into Malcesine, along the lake. Christina was always on hand for any questions. Lovely views from the apartment, plenty of room for the three of us(two double bedrooms ), living area on the small side but we managed plus you have the balcony overlooking the beautiful lake. The pool was just lovely, again just stunning views! Would definitely recommend and go back! Thank you!!

No washing machine, kettle or toaster, but there is a coffee machine, and a microwave that grills.....we stayed for two weeks and managed!

The location was very close to the water and local town with easy access. The hosts were very friendly and helpful with requests.

The weather was warm and the air conditioning was set only to come on for short periods and overnight the rooms were stifling making it difficult to sleep. Windows couldn’t be left open because of road noise. The road noise made it virtually impossible to sit outside (other rooms may have been better) but it did quiet down a little overnight. There was no privacy on our balcony as it was just a pull across blind separating the balcony. (Again other rooms could be better) No wifi making it impossible to check for places to visit in the area.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The room was nice, the view was exceptional, the pool was nice with a view overlooking the lake/mountains. The staff was amazing and very helpful. They even went out of their way to help with car trouble and help us find necessary resources. I would definitely recommend this place to others.

Everything was perfect! Apart, pool, place, stuff. Really recomendit!
