Le Due Lune

Was super dirty and in a terrible location. Staff was nice when we saw them, but they usually were hard to find. You get what you pay for!

Unfortunately it was only one night and could not try the restaurant. Would have been nice to be able to have breakfast, but it was not a manor deal and we were satisfied with everything!

The best value in the area. We discovered Le Due Lune thanks to its highly recommended restaurants and we were very happy to discover that they also rented rooms that are large, clean and comfortable, with no unnecessary fuss. It's our third stay, and we wouldn't go anywhere else between the center of Rome and Lake Bracciano.

Nice location, the bed was comfy. The guy who did my check-in was kind and nice.

Not organised and lacking on basic things which were not really justifiable considering the price is not cheap. They forgot to put the hairdryer in my room, and there was no staff there before 10am... So I had to stay for 40mins with my hair wet "waiting for the guy to arrive" and get me a hairdryer from another room. Very disappointed as I also got my morning appointments delayed. I couldn't imagine what I'd done, had I had my actual flight on the day. A number of all other things which just made the experience uncomfortable... Soon after checking in I found my room's lights not working. I went back to reception and they changed me to another room with little fuss, which was great. But then also in the next room one of the lights was broken... it was late so I just gave up. Then there was no info for the WiFi, and not good signal for normal mobile data. I sent them a text, they reply with different passwords...which did not work. I gave up then, too. The following morning I took a shower and the water was just tepid and could not reach a warm/hot temperature. It also gave me cold shots here and there. Such a pain...then to be left over half an hour with wet hair... in bloody winter! I went to leave the keys at checkout, when staff had finally arrived... No one even asked if I had any issue, or whether my stay was comfortable, or apologised for the hairdryer. I pointed out about the light not working again, to which they just nodded, so I said goodbye. I had plans to book their restaurant for a family lunch the same day, no need to say I changed everybody's plan. What a poor service.

Exceptional view from the property. The room is unusual but the place is very comfortable.

The Internet didn't work when we arrived and there was noone who could xome and fix it.
