- Die Wohnung ist gut in Schuss, die Einrichtung wirkt noch neu - Die Ausstattung ist gut, die kleine Küchenzeile funktional - Wenn man akzeptiert, dass man ein Auto nutzen muss, ist die Lage gut, verschiedene Strände sowie Orte sind mit kurzer Fahrzeit zu erreichen

- Die Wohnung ist recht hellhörig, das Stühlerücken oder Fernsehen der Nachbarn ist laut zu hören - Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein, es gibt keine funktionierende Aufhängung für Handtücher (Saugnapfhaken fallen ab, Handtücher haben keine Aufhängeschlaufen)

Appartamento molto bello, funzionale con tutti i comfort munito di forno a microonde, bollitore e piano ad induzione, bagni ampi, con docce molto comode e una lavatrice. Arredamento moderno, essenziale ma molto curato. Tra tutte le pentoline in acciaio c'era una padella non adatta al piano ad induzione ma niente stress e le uova al tegame sono diventate in camicia. Assolutamente consigliato
