Alt! Huset, indretningen, størrelsen på lejligheden, tagterrassen, poolen i gårdhaven, servicen. Det overgik alle forventninger, og jeg ville ønske, vi havde booket flere dage her.

This place is fantastic, cosy, private, stylish, quiet. It is a perfect haven of peace in Giarre. The hosts are very kind and welcoming, the location is very central, shops and restaurants nearby, main sights not far by car, a good base to explore Etna and surroundings.

Everything was perfect.

We stayed in the partment with seating area overlooking the pool. Generous host with good local advice. The accommodation was really comfortable for family of four and was fab to sit back whilst the kids enjoyed the pool. We liked Giarre-Riposto as a mid point between Catania and Taormina which we visited easily by train. In fact, getting from the airport to the apartment using direct train travel was a blessing. Loved Bocconcinos round the corner, starting every day with a coffee, starting every evening with an aperitivo. Good beach with sun beds half an hour walk (left turn after you hit the coast).

We really liked the town, the handful of bars and restaurants, and it's accessibility on the train network. It's quite quiet though. Not sure if we may have preferred to stay in Catania (buzz of the city) or Taormina (tourist hotspot). Either way, we had a great family holiday staying at Creuza De Ma.
