Daniela is incredible! Incredibly accommodating and made us feel at home immediately. The view is gorgeous, the pool is wonderful, you really can't get better than this. If you're looking for a quiet stay in Como this is great! If you want to find a home base and rent a car so you can shoot off to any part of Como, this is also a great spot to choose. We rented a car and it was perfect to have if we wanted to go out for the day.

Beautiful view from the room and lovely hosts. Pool facilities and lounge chairs are brilliant. Would definetly return.

A bit if a tough walk from Gera Lario but with a car it is fine.

The property is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. The view is excellent and lovely to have a balcony to sit out on too. The swimming pool with cover was also an added luxury on a hot day.

There were several things that could be improved. We have stayed here in august with temperatures reaching 35-40. There was no air conditioning and not even a fan. This made for a very uncomfortable stay. There is no breeze at night and this really changed our stay. We lacked sleep, aside from the lack of air con the church bells rang every morning from 7am. This may sound small but at one point I counted 56 chimes awakening us. There is also a cockerel very nearby. We didn’t find the property particularly welcoming. They didn’t offer any real helpful advice about the area and just advised us to text if we needed anything but always seemed like the host was on holiday and we would be bothering her. We stayed for 11 nights and didn’t have any sheets changed or towels changed. The towels really need to be replaced they are very thin and worn. Facilities left for our stay were very minimal bit like the welcoming photos featured. Finally the pool was lovely, however both of our children and a baby staying next to us developed rashes after swimming which limited our time in the pool. It didn’t really live up to our expectations, but is a beautiful location.

Nothing, everything supernice

Very nice location with fantastic view! Host was very pleasant and nice. It was easy to contact host, they are living on the top floor in house. BBQ complimentary without any extra charge 👍🏻. Sun beds at the pool was so nice. Pool is big and nice 😊 and very clean!! Our apartment was with dishwasher, not all apartments are equipped with it. Terrace is big and you can have all meals outside with beautiful view ☺️.🇮🇹

It is not to be negative, but host can do better: We were sleeping in kitchen 🫣 Bed was horrible, springs in bed like guitar 🎸 playing, if you move during nighttime. All kitchen equipment is poor quality in general. You have a feeling that bought everything cheapest from shop. Only 2 big knives 🔪. It would be nice more glasses for water and wine. As well forks and knives, plates for eating. Otherwise you need to run dishwasher constantly.(we were 5 persons) Internet connection was not existent at all. We were using our data/roaming connection all time. I would add not WiFi coverage in house! We were staying 6 days in property. I wish all the best to this family business.

It was a fantastic base and the host were very kind, even replacing our wine when we accidently smashed it upon arrival.

The only thing is that you have to drive everywhere. There is a path but its very steep. The surrounding areas are amazing so if you don't mind driving, it's perfect.
