"Not worth the money, total disappointment."

Location

1) The staff's attitude - they just didn’t care about your requests. 2) Bees on the kids' playground 3) full phone number 4) no mosquito net, and dust and trash under the couch. 5) We booked a part view room, but we didn’t even get that view. 6) I requested the 2nd floor when booking because I knew my child is scared of bumblebees, so we couldn’t even sit on the terrace because of that.

"Erholsame Unterkunft mit Blick auf den Gardasee"

Die Anlage und das Appartement war sehr schön angelegt, alles war sauber und gut gepflegt. Am Pool gab es ausreichend Liegen. Das Auto stand sicher in der Tiefgarage und jeder hatte einen zugewiesenen Platz.

Wir haben eine Spülmaschine vermisst und zum Kochen gab es zwei Elektroplatten. Wir hätten uns einen Abstellraum mit Lademöglichkeit für E-Bikes gewünscht.
