Remek egy hetet töltöttünk itt, kellemes környezetben.

Posto molto strategico. Vicinanza al mare senza usare lauto. Possibilità di muoversi in bici sulla ciclabile molto bella e funzionale. Vicinissima la città di sanremo. Supermercato MD subito fuori dalla struttura.

Sinceramente per ciò che cercavamo noi mi ci è piaciuto tutto non troviamo punti negativi. Per chi cerca pace tranquillità e vero relax e ottimo. Anche la Pulizia e igiene ottimo.

The guesthouse is located 5 km from San Remo. A superb bike path is located on the seafront from the city, to the location and beyond. Buses are also available. Very close to supermarket. The host is very kind and helpful. There is a great view from the terrace, we got bikes for free which was a plus.

The guesthouse needs improvemens!! The kitchen and bathroom are very small and cramped and the facilities are minimal. Everything inside and outside(windows,painting, blanket, furniture, kitchen and bath) needs to be renovated or replaced. Noisy at night because of the traffic. I think that we could find better conditions for the same price.

The location was fantastic, great sea views , cycling /walking path just out the garden gate. Bus stop outside front entrance.

There was little space , I think ok if people want to sleep there , kitchen & bathroom tiny but this is reflected in the charge which is reasonable and for this reason I would go back . The terrace is spacious & lovely to sit and eat with the view.
