there are no staff on duty, i never saw anyone, you are given a code to check in, it worked fine but make sure you have got the code before you arrive in case you dont have an internet connection when you get there. There was a little kitchenette, which was handy. Great location 4 min walk to the train station, mountains all around. The manager allocated a quiet room for me at the back as i requested peace and quiet and let me access the room a couple of hours early as i was arriving early, which was appreciated. Room was modern , clean, well equipped, warm with a thermostat. Great place.

Couldnt work out how to make the hob / stove work, it is induction and if you're familiar with induction stoves it might be easy but for me it was a total mystery. Instructions needed. No kettle which for me who likes 5 cups of tea a day was hard. In the end i just used the microwave for both.

Convenient location. Functional and well organized flat. Super easy automatic check-in/check-out procedure. Well equipped kitchen and snacks for breakfast included.

It might happen that other guests have a dog in their room - and you can hear that (if owners don't take care, obviously)

Beautiful building right in the middle of the village, spacious. As our group very suddenly got smaller, they offered us a smaller room and refunded us for the change, very considerate!

very well organized, equipped, practical and clean, located between the two sides Swiss Locarno and Italian Domodossola, very good choice for hiking in the Alps

Two small comments: the sofa-bed is not comfortable enough. the night of Malesco it was cold 10°c and there was just one cover for the bed in the apartment (not enough).
