- Cleanliness: The apartment was spotless and very well-organized upon arrival. - Customer Service: We noticed we were low on coffee, and the hosts were kind enough to bring some over the next day. It was a very thoughtful gesture.

- Location & Safety: The apartment is located directly in front of a road with a 16% incline. Cars drive by at high speeds, which felt quite dangerous, especially since we were traveling with children. It was a constant source of anxiety. - Initial Comfort: On our first night, the heating wasn't working, and it was freezing. We actually had to sleep in our clothes to stay warm. Fortunately, it was fixed for the second night, but it made for a very uncomfortable start.

Wi-Fi password was not shared or display anywhere or any note for WiFi Washbasin was block and water was not going through . Pictures are attached

Das ist definitiv eine der besten Unterkünfte in den Dolomiten. Die Betten waren so gemütlich einfach ein Traum, die Küche brauchten wir nicht aber war voll ausgestattet. Besitzerin ist so freundlich und hilfsbereit das man am liebsten länger geblieben wäre. Plus Punkte auch für die Sauna, nach einer Wanderung einfach nur himmlisch.

Nichts zu meckern würde sogar mehr Sterne geben wenn es mögliche wäre ;)
