便利な立地とコンパクトながら快適に過ごせる空間のお部屋でした。

使用説明書はほぼ英語でした。

部屋が広くて清潔感のある宿泊施設でした。 設備もほとんど揃っていて、年末でも暖房と床暖房とで隙間風もなく快適に過ごす事が出来ました。 到着時間をお伝えしたものの、渋滞でバスが遅れて待たせてしまっても気持ちいい対応をしていただけました。

YouTubeが見たくて何度もチャレンジしましたが、リモコン操作がわからず見れませんでした。 見れなくても、どっちでもよかったんですけどね！

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, modern, and beautifully designed with a traditional Japanese feel. One of the rooms had tatami mats with a very comfy floor mattress, which we loved. The area is quiet and peaceful, yet everything is within walking distance, making it a perfect location. The manager was absolutely amazing — such a lovely gentleman. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and he even helped us organise luggage forwarding to Tokyo. We had an early departure at 6:30am, and he still came to say goodbye, which was such a thoughtful touch. We would definitely recommend Shimaya Stays Komatsu South and would happily stay here again
