清潔感と建物構造がしっかりしていて遮音性も良かった。冷蔵庫のフリーサービスも驚きの量だった

2階の浴室の湿気が取れづらかったのと、一階のトイレ内とシンク周りに蟻が沢山いた。どこかに侵入経路ができているのかもしれません。

"Off the main tourist trail but with easy access on the bus"

We arrived in the dark (and the signal wasn't great) but the accommodation was lovely (and pre-warmed) and we made full use of the complimentary drinks & snacks and had an amazing sleep - when we woke up we explored the area.

"The stay was wonderful. I would come back if i am visiting hakone again."

Place was very nice and clean. Feels cozy and spacious at the same time. Staff was friendly and check in/out was done very conveniently. Amenities were sufficient, the free drinks and snacks were greatly appreciated.

We used a rental car so it was convenient for us, but it could be really troublesome for people that are not driving.
