Mnar Park aqua park

My family I liked Mnar Park a lot and we would visit very often until this year the service was very very poor.

We have received very poor service, very limited breakfast, the water park doesn't have restaurant and you can't bring your own food. We have made booking for next year they cancelled our booking without a valid reason too to just proof us that their service gas become really rubbish or they just don't want us there for some reason.

Ants everywhere in the room, very slippery floor! The money i paid i could of stayed in 5 star hotel

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and comfortable. Superb breakfast and Amazing views of the Atlantic from the restaurant. Very nice pool.

The duplexes are great

Aqua park is not free for resident, the food restaurant for launch and dinner is disgusting, order for dinner past and meat used for lasagna was spoiled

I like so much the restaurant, it has very wonderful views , you can see the sea and the mountains, the breakfast was delicious The hotel is Clean , very nice view, nice swimming pool, nice garden.

It’s hotel and just, they have to write Mnar hotel and not Mnar Park because The aqua park is separate from the hotel , the reception told us that we have to pay 250dh if we need to go to the aqua park.and also we pay for all the other attractions, The rooms have stairs, it’s not suitable for the old people and also the restaurant didn’t has elevator, the doors in the rooms so noisy. It’s faraway from the city and there is no taxi nearby. The staff in the reception didn’t have a good experience , .also the breakfast is a la cart .

The hotel is great, lovely staff and great facilities for families. The water park is brilliant. Breakfasts amazing. Good other choices for food, especially if looking after little ones

Staff could be a little better at english. I know in Maroc, but in international hotel would expect a little better communication. Also a 15 min taxi into town, but not really problem
