Los cojines de la cama estaban sucios , el baño se mojaba todo , demasiada luz sin cortinas oscuras , el ruido era demasiado , el servicio pésimo , las toallas rotas de que no compran nada no se actualizan , las puertas no servían , no había elevador ,

Me gusto mucho la atención en recepción. No tienes eso en otras plataformas en las que solo pones un codigo en una cajita y te avientan la llave.

Hubo musica por la mañana, pero fue fuera del hotel, entonces no podemos culparlos. Todo perfecto con el hotel.

La ubicación es muy buena, esta muy limpio y espacioso, pero lo que mas me gustó es la calidad de camas qué tienen, me urge conocer el nombre de su proveedor de almohadas una delicia.

very clean and comfortable. the hot water in the shower was very tricky to get the right balance, and there are about 20-25 stairs to get to the 2nd floor.
