Desde la aplicación no te dicen que te van a cobrar al llegar y te da la opción de pagar al momento de hacer la reserva en booking, lo que me generó un cargo doble. Tengan en consideración eso

La atención al cliente, me recibieron con amabilidad y respetaron la reservación a través de la plataforma.

En la habitación el agua del lavabo se salía, cómo que no estaba bien sellado y se escurría por el mueble.
