Please note that Bjørvika Apartments has apartments in severalt buildings within a location. If you book several apartments, please note that Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building or floor. Payment is due 14 days before arrival, with our secure payment link sent via email. Check-in and key collection takes place at Schweigaardsgate 15B, 0191 Oslo. Weekly cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Final cleaning is included for all stays. Parking is available for an extra fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 6.6 feet high. If you book an apartment for one more person than fixed beds, a fold out extra bed will be added. The rate is included in the total for guests over 6 years. The primary guest responsible for the booking should normally be 25 years of age or older. Bookings are subject to individual assessment. In certain situations, a refundable security deposit may be required based on a risk assessment (for example last-minute bookings, major events, weekend stays, or local residents). A valid ID must be presented at check-in. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
