No breakfast availed. Location, a little bit away from most establishments.

Stairs. No elevator.

Front desk staffs were accommodating and other staffs were helpful. Our room is good and nice.

No elevator in the hotel, so disappointing with seniors whom cannot go up easily. Better ask if seniors need to stay in 1st floor. The location is not so accessible to urgent necessities like convenient stores and restaurant.

The staff are helpful and courteous.

Friendly staffs

The staffs are kind. Room was very spacious and clean. There’s an in-room massage service and a pool for my 10 yr old to enjoy.

Check in time and the extra charge for my 10 yr old for a mattress that we didn’t use since he still sleeps with us. Limited parking space, we received a call early morning around 6am because we needed to move our car.

I like that there were two separate rooms within the unit. The unit is also clean and facilities are good.

There was no elevator and we were at the 3rd floor. But it’s good that the staff helped us carry our luggage.

Location to restaurant and places to eat was only a short walk in both directions
