"Enjoyed my stay here."

The location of this accommodation was great - 24-hour pharmacy opposite and a very good selection of restaurants nearby. In the room I couldn't hear noise from the nightlife area, unless the window was open. You could hear an element of road traffic along Makati Avenue, but it was not loud nor prevented me from sleeping. Netflix and YT on the TV was good to see. Refrigerator and taps worked fine. King, a very generous person went above-and-beyond in my opinion. Comfortable bed and AC worked fine.

Some of the fittings need replacing - door handles missing on kitchen cupboards. Sofa although comfortable really could do with being replaced if it has not already been done. Keep bathroom doors closed is my top tip - no smell, but during the night I suspected visitors tended to emerge from somewhere in there once in a while.

"Superb"

Excellent manager, King, who was great assistance. King was hands on. Easy check in. Perfect surrounding for food, entertainment and shopping. Arrived early, and king arranged for temporary apartment till mine was ready.

Old apartment but still had great facilities. No parking facilities.

I loved everything . My apartment was massive . Much bigger than anywhere else I've stayed in manila and cheaper. At least 100 places to eat within a few minutes walk . The hosts name is King, and he was very helpful with everything I needed to know . Definitely exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay there again before I go back to Australia.

"Great value Makati apartment"

Second time to stay. Very satisfied with the apartment. The condo is old but it's spaciousness and the convenient location more than makes up for it. The manager King is always at hand for any enquiry or request. Great value for money when staying in Makati Ave/Poblacion area.
