The place is near ayala just 5 minutes walk, church is just infront of the place, shower is excellent with hot and cold, clean, tidy and check in and check was so easy. The owner approved our request for cancellation in our next accommodation without fee. I will go back to the place again when im in davao

The photo of a one bedroom is confusing for its not one bedroom but a studio type condominium. OK

Overall , great location,nice room...

The tv needs a repair/replacement..its making a background noise, so u cant really hear well the sound of what you are viewing.. the tv remote is also not functioning so well (not sure if batteries need replacement)
