Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Blisko do parku zdrojowego . Bezproblemowe i szybkie zameldowanie. Przemiła Pani w recepcji.. Apartament czyściutki i dobrze wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne. Jeśli jeszcze kiedyś przyjadę do Busko to napewno skorzystam z noclegu tutaj. Polecam - Emilia:⁠-⁠)

Największy plus stanowił seans saunowy w sobotę, bardzo profesjonalnie prowadzony przez personel.

W pokoju znajduje sie aneks kuchenny, jednak w ogóle nie jest on wyposażony w podstawowy zestaw typu herbata i kawa, które umiliłyby pierwsze chwile spedzone w pokoju. Również butelka wody na powitanie byłaby wskazana, to przecież standard wyposażenia w obecnych czasach.

"Personel hotelu, w szczególności obsługa restauracji oraz menedżerka powinna doszkolić sie z jakości obsługi klienta."

Lokalizacja

Bardzo niemiła obsługa szczególnie w restauracji, menedżerka wyprosiła nas podczas śniadania podkreślając że zbyt długo zajmujemy stolik. Kelner podczas obiadu bardzo niegrzecznie zwrócił nam uwagę , że zajęliśmy stolik bez jego zgody. Tradycyjnie już dostaliśmy pilot do garażu, który miał wyczerpane baterie. Obsługa hotelu powinna zostać gruntownie przeszkolona z jakości obsługi klienta, wizerunek hotelu bardzo na tym traci.
