Dirty bathroom and kitchen, broken umbrella, door missing off bathroom, changed our accommodation, were rude and dismissive when we complained about these things. Beds were like sleeping on a slab of stone.

Great location

This property and almost all properties around it are falling apart - wood tiles literally sliding off the roof, broken / rotten decking, pergolas even walls to the building. When built, they would have been brilliant with some decent bathrooms and kitchens inside, however they are now in real bad shape and not, in my opinion habitable. Whole estate has a sense of dereliction and unfinished housing project even tree roots growing through roads, completely rotten decked pathways, broken paths, unmowed lawns. Internally, generally everything is tired, adding replacing.

Very messy check in lack of profissionalismo! They gave us a villa that was already occupied by other guests ! Keys of gate didn’t work and we needed to go to reception (quite far) to complain all of this because there was no phone we could call etc we lost our dinner appointment because it took us 1,30 hours on this mess

A group of friends and I booked three of the „Time Houses“. We can confirm that the advertised pictures absolutely reflect the reality. All three houses were beautifully decorated with attention to detail and the cleanliness was impeccable. Contrary to previous reviews that mention a lack of maintenance in the houses, missing heating and cold water, our experience was perfect. The houses were very well kept, the heating was turned on upon our check in providing a cozy atmosphere and we had no issues with cold water. I would also like to note that that the staff from the Editory Hotel Group was extremely helpful in ensuring that all my questions and requests were met. The area around the houses is very peaceful and green!

I would not classify this as a „dislike“, however, we did notice that some of the decorations in the houses differed. In two of the houses, we had white high quality dining chairs while in the third house, the chairs were grey and of a plastic-similar material. In one house there were beautiful flower vases, in the others not. I would recommend to unify the interior designs, as this ensures that all guests have the same experience!

We weren't welcomed by any staff, in person, to show us the house and its amenities. Some things were broken, so it would be nice to be welcomed by someone to confirm that they already knew about those and to make us feel more comfortable entering the house.

Location is very good.

Room was quite dirty, living room window/door to the garden doesn’t lock, missing basic cutlery.

The location was great, very beautiful and peaceful. The villas were very spacious and perfect for what we had in mind for our little team retreat.

Nothing bad to say, except for the fact that a week after we left we still didn't get the invoice and need to contact the hotel for the second time to request it.
