ILThe room was very large with a large balcony, spacious and clean, everything is new and beautifully decorated. The shower is also spacious and there are towel racks. The staff is very kind.
The mattress was a little hard for me. The shower did not have consumables such as a shower cap and cleaning kit, I expect them to be in a 4-star hotel. The breakfast is very basic, each diner is served a plate with a few vegetables, yellow cheese, Bulgarian cheese and sausage and an egg (to their credit, I asked for more tomatoes on the second morning and got them). The buffet has: slices of regular bread of 2 types, cups of regular yogurt, butter, chocolate and jam for spreading, only one type of regular cornflakes, small cookies with jam (looks handmade - delicious) and a coffee machine with only regular milk and the option to make several types of tea. That's it! Again, I expect a 4-star hotel to invest a little more. Maybe for others it's enough for me, but not for me, especially since the night before I stayed in a 3-star hotel and there were all the basic things I mentioned.
