Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig. Das gesamte Haus und die Parkplätze wirken ansprechend, frisch renoviert und gepflegt.

Das obere Zimmer der Maisonette im Dachgeschoss (App. 10) ist nur durch eine schmale, steile Stiege zu erreichen. Oben muss man kriechen, da keine Stehhöhe! Nur für junge, sportliche Leute!
