Bio je tek jedan ručnik po osobi, u kupatilu nije bilo ručnika za izlazak iz tuš kabine, niti sapuna. Klima je preglasna i ne može se noću držati upaljenom, a stan 212, s obzirom da je s krovnim prozorom drži toplinu. Krovni prozor ne može se otvoriti bez ljestva. Stubište je strmo i usko za osobe s koferima je to dodatna poteškoća. Razgovor s qr guest ima automatizirane odgovore i neka se pitanja ne mogu rješiti. Ugl. mi smo izašli noć prije, a nismo kliknuli da smo izašli jer je u neko doba drugi dan bilo postavljeno da/ne pitanje oko izlaska. Smještaj je zamišljen za mlađe ljude nikako za starije, poslovne korisnike.

I can’t say anything about the property that I like unfortunately

Very disappointing stay. The property is in poor condition and does not meet basic standards. The shower leaks and doors don’t close, there was no lighting in the bathroom, and only one toilet paper roll was provided for two people for several days, which is unacceptable. The bed is extremely uncomfortable, and the room lacks basic facilities like a kettle. Sockets are placed awkwardly, making it difficult to charge devices. We were also asked to pay a €40 deposit nonrefundable or 200 refundable deposit (but i wouldn’t choose it since everything is broken or in bad condition you might be charged), which feels unjustified given the condition of the room. Additionally, the listing is misleading about parking—there is no actual free parking despite the symbol shown. Overall, not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

Το μόνο θετικό είναι ότι δίπλα είχε ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και απέναντι στάση λεωφορείου. Καλό wifi

Το δωμάτιο ήταν στον 2ο όροφο. Τα σκαλοπάτια μικρά και με σπασμένα κάγκελα. Πράγμα επικίνδυνο. Το δωμάτιο δεν είχε τηλεόραση, είχε πιστολάκι μαλλιών αλλά έλεγε να μη το χρησιμοποιήσουμε. Κακοδιατηρημένο, οι πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια πολυχρησιμοποιημενα και βρώμικα.

The location was good - that's the only good thing about this place

Access via unmarked doors, impossible to find. Anyone can access the corridor where the last are - very unsafe. To get to the flat you need to go via extremely narrow staircase, barely fits a suitcase! The place was dirty - dirty walls, dust, dirty flooring, questionable stains everywhere. No heating, very cold at night, the bed sheets not only dirty but thin. Only 1 access card given. Access was difficult via app which is not mentioned anywhere, impossible to access the room without paying for taxes and "general cleaning services", count is WAY higher than what described on Booking. The customer service was horrible - rude and unprofessional. Difficult to get in touch, then interrupting via the phone, refusing to refund overpaid extra taxes. Big disappointment

Everything about this place was awful.

Dirty, hair everywhere, dirty towels, dust rolling on the floor and bugs in the room. Had to leave middle of the night because there was not a single clean towel I could use to shower. Also, was surprisingly asked to pay a 200 euro deposit last minute, through a third party app. Still waiting for refund. Additionally the management ask you to offer them a cup of coffee through the app, as if it's charity. While nobody showed up to clean my room when i asked.
