Está muy cerca de la estación de autobús y trenes, aparte tiene muchos supermercados cerca

La limpieza, nos tuvimos que quejar ya que las sábanas estaban sucias, el suelo, las paredes, en general todo estaba sucio.

To say that I was appalled by the amount of dirt is an understatement. The dust around the room was not wiped away, and the bathroom was terrible. Shower hasn't been washed for a month, maybe even more for sure.. In the bathroom lives a spider that has a web from the toilet bowl to the shower. It hunts its prey unhindered because no one ever disturbs it. Dear hosts, my additional job is cleaning apartments, rooms. If I had left the room in this condition to the guests, I would have been fired immediately. It takes 15 minutes and a bottle of chlorine to keep the room and bathroom spotless. Your rooms are beautiful and it's a shame that you get such reviews because of the dirt

ロケーションは駅からは近いですが、周りには飲食店が少ないです。Lidlが前にあるので、そこは便利です。

人が全くいなくて、チェックインもデジタルです。そのため、アプリをDLさせられます。チェックインの際に、部屋料金の支払いとは別に80€のデポジットを支払わされます。Google mapのレビューに、このデポジットが理由なく返還されなかったというコメントが散見されたため、返金されるまで非常に不安でした。 アプリ内の説明に、「損害を与えたり、House Rulesに従わない場合はデポジットで支払ってもらう」と書いてあったので、House Rulesを探しましたが、夜遅い時間に静かにすることとゴミを分別して建物の裏のゴミ箱に自分たちで捨てること、以外には見つけられませんでした。「またベッド上のライト、洗面所のライト、ヘアドライヤー、窓のハンドルなどがもともと壊れていましたが、自分たちが損害を与えたことにされても怖いので、それを伝えることすらできませんでした。 チェックインの前に荷物を預けられるか訊いたのですが、チェックイン時間の16～20時以外は25€かかる、というのにもびっくりしました。デジタルのチェックインなら、例えばチェックインが20時以降になっても何も問題はなさそうなものですが、アプリをＤＬしなきゃいけないのは、オーナーの利便性のみを高めるだけで、宿泊客側のメリットがほとんどない点は残念です。またゴミ捨てまで、宿泊客がするのに、Booking.comのベーシックな清掃代以外にもサービス費をとったり、チェックインすらアプリなのにオプショナルの支払いに「私たちにコーヒーを買う」という項目があったりと、かなり違和感のあるサービスでした。結局、チェックアウトから1週間後にデポジットの80€は返金されましたが、それまで不安を覚えるようなサービス内容でした。正直、こんな不安なホテルにこの価格で泊まったのは初めてです。

Die Lage ist sehr zentral und man ist zu Fuß in ca.20min in der Altstadt. Ebenso hat der Check-In wie auch Check-Out reibungslos und super geklappt.

Es gab leider nur eine angebrochene Toilettenpapierrolle für zwei Personen für insgesamt 5 Tage. Zudem gab es keine Klimaanlage, was die Nächte nicht so angenehm machte, und die Lampe im Bad war defekt.

El precio, es de lo más económico y está relativamente cerca del centro para ir andando.

Al principio para el acceso. No me quedaba claro que no era necesario ir en la hora que te pone de Check-in. Ya que mi inglés es malo entendía que tenía que estar antes de una hora para poder acceder. Pero al final no es necesario, tienes un registro en la entrada donde con un código coges la llave de una caja fuerte. Pero eso no lo sabes hasta que en la aplicación no te desbloquea y explica como acceder y hasta antes de eso. Pero no puedo estar seguro si es por qué no lo expliquen muy bien o por mi mal nivel de inglés.
