Perfect place, quiet, cozy hotel, extremely clean and tidy room, comfortable bed. Plus a very kind and friendly family who run the whole business… perfect combo, just thank you

the location was absolutly quiet and the birds songs helped us out of bed. Room as advertised, breakfast included changes (fruits and something warm (fried eggs, saucages, french toast,..). Clean (but room is not cleaned within duratation of stay). Heating worked well (it was 10°C max outside), bedding was warm and bedroom as well as bathroom had a window. Parking for off-saison enough. Play facilities for small children look great and the location looks safe to let them run about.

the 15 min drive to Banská Štiavnica (plus search for parking spot) meant that walking to dinner is impossible. The hosts' English is very, very limited therefore no communication is possible as I usually appreciate it in family run accommodations. Rather poor wifi (my mobile did not recieve it, my partners did). During our breakfast the child of host plus hostess used the play corner (and some little rascal swiped the pastry i was looking forward to) - for families with young children the breakfast area is great, for childless grumps seeking the absolut silence of nature not so much. I was afraid that i would flood the bathroom as the drain was slower than the water supply of the shower.
