Snídaně jsme nedostali i když jste avizovali, že snídaně jsou zahrnuté v ceně pobytu. Proto žádám o finanční vyrovnáni.

Dovolat se na Vás je velice problematické. Zkoušel jsem to několikrát, ovšem bez výsledku. Finanční vyrovnání za nedodané snídaně.

Lokalita - prostredi

Nebyla poskytnuta snídaně která dle bookingu byla v ceně a paní majitelka tvrdíila že ne - chtěla ji zaplatit 21euro za osobu na den.

The room was clean & quiet.

Infinitely long corridor to get to the room. Moisture in bathroom took it's tax over time. View from the apartment (ground floor apartment) through a fence - mere 10cm behind the terrace - feels like in a prison cell. Also, the tap water was a tad on the browner side of shade (didn't dare to drink it). While booking I was advised that I will be provided tax-deductible invoice at the reception, but the reception rejected to provide such and advised me to contact the true landlord directly. The actual landlord provided the invoice within mere hours, but I can't see a reason to take such extra mile.
