Naithon Beach Residence

We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation, and it exceeded all our expectations. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed with drinks and snacks, which made us feel right at home. Mr. Chusak and his employee kindly drove us to the apartment, which is located by the sea, just a few minutes away from the main building. The apartment itself was perfect for a couple, with daily cleaning done while we were out (special thank you goes to the housekeeper, who was super considerate about our comfort and privacy). The apartment had everything we needed, including a spacious terrace with a stunning sea view—perfect for breakfast. The bedroom was equipped with an air conditioner, a makeup table with a mirror, a large wardrobe, and a safe. It was also possible to separate the bedroom from the kitchen for added privacy. The kitchen had all the essentials, including a fridge, kettle, dining table, and even more appliances like a microwave, toaster, and electric cooker (though we didn’t use them). The shower was large, and the dark curtains allowed for restful naps during the day. Internet was fast and sufficient to work and have video calls. A huge thank you to Mr. Chusak, who went above and beyond in his care. Unfortunately, I broke my foot during our trip, and not only did he offer to extend our stay, but he also offered transportation whenever needed and even lent me his own crutches, which was incredibly helpful. The location was ideal for those looking for a peaceful, relaxing stay away from the crowds and nightlife. There were a few good restaurants nearby and a clean beach just across the road, complete with a shower. For those interested, there were also places to rent or learn surfing. If we return to Phuket, we will definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

We rent two apartments , one the ground floor which was facing to the main road (no sea view). The second apartment was located on the underground floor, no view at all ( the window faced to the back of the building with some rubbish around) The main problem : we have three children in that room and the only way to get contact with them was to go outside, and to step down . Whole furnishings very old as well.

Small villa right near the beach and centrally located to the stores and street market. The host was very friendly and accommodating.

I was very happy staying at Naithon Beach Residence. The Hotel is very close to the beach. A relaxed beach with not to much people. Mr.Chusak Cheasakul and his whife was very nice and helpful. My departure flight was in the late afternoon and I could do late check-out from my room. They also pict me up and drove me to the airport.

nice place to stay at northen side of the island, close to airport (15-20min), pharmacy, cafes, convenience store and bunch of local fruit stands literally on the same street hotel is, beach right across the road! Room was spacious and clean, kitchen was well equipment with fridge, pots, even ricecooker! old tv had static but it wasn't a problem since it had few foreign channels, wifi was great, will come back again! p.s be sure your luggage is light since the building doesn't have an elevator!

i expected modern electric kettle instead of manual(?) one, but its fine. shower cord was too short which made bathing a little bit uncomfortable.
