Well located. Spacious rooms. All toiletries in place.

The staff were unwelcoming. Not organized. Had to wait about 25 minutes to get the room despite reaching at 4 pm. They asked me to wait for 5 minutes, suddenly a big group arrived to check in. They handed over room keys to them first and had to wait despite reaching earlier. The rooms were just mopped and not dried while I went up. Staff just gave me the room keys, did not even mention which floor. No information of wifi. The front desk staff especially the lady is a big letdown
