Full breakfast every day. Plus made to order eggs and lots of coffee. American style. :) Comfortable room with a window overlooking breathtaking views. Super friendly staff and very accommodating. Short walk to the bus, restaurants and grocery store (where you can purchase local wine).

The breakfast was amazing! Very delicious and a lot is home made, like cakes and jams, fresh orange and carrot juice... It is very close to Seiser Alm cable railway. The building is very beautiful! The Sauna area is small, but it was very nice to use the sauna alone. The bed is very comfortable! The owners are very nice and friendly, it is a very familiar atmosphere in the hotel. We will come back next year!

The smell in our room was bit too strong, I don´t know if it was some cleaning supplies. The bathroom is big but not so cozy, the light is very bright.

Beautiful clean room, with high ceilings and windows looking onto the mountains. Amazingly comfortable beds and washroom with whirlpool bath great for relaxing after a long day skiing. Fresh continental breakfast and juice machines so you can make your own carrot and orange juice. 10 minutes walk to the cable car and 5 mins walk into the centre of the village.

No kettle for making tea and coffee in the room.

Very poor Wi-Fi and Internet speed. Dirty rooms (dead flies on floor), broken bathroom elements (half of bulbs in bathroom are broken, heated towel rail is not working, broken bath buttons and so on). Bathroom accessories weren't refilled during all 5 days (room price ~200 euro/day, but you need to buy soap in shop by yourself). There is a pool and sauna in hotel, but no slippers, shower caps, bathrobes in room. Cold rooms (temperature regulators and radiators are not working).

Exceptional place. Well equipped rooms. 3min walk to the Autostazione. 10min walk to the cable car. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Jacuzzi in the bathroom. Kind and accommodating hosts.
