ESLa ubicación era excepcional al pie de las montañas (como Marco). La zona de Cortina de Ampezzo es carísima para alojarse y esto es una de la excepciones, buscábamos un enclave para poder llegar a los sitios mejor. Tiene en las instalaciones lavadora y secadora las que nos vinieron muy bien. La chica que la recepción del hotel nos atendió muy bien y en español. Más arriba del hotel hay una iglesia que merece la pena ver.
No hay personal en el alojamiento, te tienes que ir al hotel para cualquier cosa.

HRThe bathroom was nice, we got nice towels and it was warm. We had balcony so we had a lot of fresh and clean air. There was no noise so we could rest. We recieved an email with information before coming in the residence. The reception ladies were kind.
All cutlery and pots were dirty - we had to clean each one of it before using. Also there was not enough of it. When we were cooking we had to cook one thing, put it in the plate and then cook another. In front of the tv was some leather sofa that didnt even had pillows. We put there the extra one and brought blanket.
