A Little Gem in Alanya – Perfect for Families! We visited Damlataş Apart Otel in May, renting two apartments for our group of five adults and two young children. It truly is a wonderful place that we can highly recommend! The location is absolutely perfect for families. It is tucked away from the heavy traffic of the main street, yet only 300 meters from Cleopatra Beach and the Alanya Water Park. Having an A101 supermarket just a few meters away was extremely convenient. Right behind the hotel is arguably the best playground in Alanya for small children. Our rooms were lovely, very clean, and relatively newly renovated, though. The apartments feature great, spacious balconies, and we had one with a beautiful view of both the pool and Alanya Castle. The pool area is excellent, well-maintained, and perfectly positioned to get a lot of sunshine throughout the day. What really elevated our stay was the staff. They were incredibly sweet, always smiling, and friendly, frequently checking in to see if we needed anything for our rooms. When my father unfortunately fell ill during our stay, the team showed sincere concern for his well-being and kindly helped us out with an extra change of bed linens at no additional charge. Damlataş Apart Otel is a little gem with a fantastic location and incredible hospitality!

There is a gate from the hotel leading directly to the playground area—it would be a fantastic addition if this were unlocked, saving guests the walk around the building block to get there. The bathrooms felt a little worn and there were no hot water at sink in kitchen and the sink in the bathroom. It is worth noting that it is a concrete building, so some structural noise does travel (like chairs scraping on the floor or water pipes), but it is generally manageable. It is a bit of a shame that the hotel doesn’t have a small breakfast restaurant on-site; adding one would be incredibly convenient and would likely boost their bookings significantly!
